For the new flagship store in Japan, Coach needed a mobile app to share their lookbook with customers prior to upcoming seasons.
The app provided a preview of new items to gauge interest in the products and collected customer information such as age group, spending power, and other shopping habits.
Working with their agency, I mapped, designed, and produced an interactive app prototype, which was made available in Tokyo retail stores on iPad devices for customers and sales associates.
Users are greeted by a campaign video on the main screen and a menu of options such as look-books, surveys, and purchase information. Selecting the look-book option presents customers with a scrolling view of the new collection for the season.
After selecting an outfit from the look-book, users could see detailed information about the clothing and accessories in that look. They can select which items they’d like to see in the store and submit the response. They can also take a survey about their shopping habits and fashion interests.
