After opening a new flagship store in Japan, Coach needed a mobile app to share their lookbook with customers prior to upcoming selling seasons.
The purpose of the app was to provide a preview of new items and gauge interest in the products. The app also collected customer information such as age group, spending power, and other shopping habits.
Working with their agency, I mapped, designed, and produced this interactive app prototype, which was made available in Tokyo retail stores on iPad devices for customers and sales associates.
